- Ds2 may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.
General User Responsibilities
While using ds2, you must ensure that your activities comply with the laws currently in force in Bangladesh. Fraud, hacking attempts, bots, and any automated software are strictly prohibited on the platform.
Any attempt to harass other users, submit false information, or disrupt the normal operation of the platform may result in account termination.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on ds2 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Popular mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are supported for deposits and withdrawals.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set according to platform guidelines and are subject to change. Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be accepted.
- Deposits are typically credited instantly; in cases of banking delays, it may take up to 24 hours.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Ds2 may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
- Separate wagering requirements may apply to bonus and promotional funds.
- If fraudulent transactions are confirmed, all funds in the associated account may be forfeited.
Platform Usage Rules & Limitations of Liability

Losses caused by internet disconnection, server downtime, or technical issues on the part of third-party providers.
Losses arising from unauthorized third-party access to an account due to user negligence.
The outcome of sports events or games is entirely subject to the user's personal judgment and risk.
Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government orders, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property Policy

Ds2 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Unusual activity detected in betting patterns.
- By order of law enforcement authorities.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ds2 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and all other elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ds2. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes. Unauthorized reuse of any such material may result in legal action.
